Women Ventures Project

Purpose

WVP’s goal is to provide women with the information, skills, and support that they need to enter into living wage, nontraditional green and higher wage employment.

 

Services

Women Ventures Project conducts training sessions throughout the year. Job placement and retention assistance, along with comprehensive case management services, are provided to graduates of our training sessions. If you are a low-income Santa Cruz County woman over 18 years of age, please contact us for more information about our services.

WVP’s training program in nontraditional and green job careers includes:

  • Job Search and Readiness Skills
  • Hands-on Training
  • Support and Guidance
  • Job Placement Assistance and Retention Support

Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm and by appointment
