CAB Green Certified

In honor of CAB's 45th Anniversary in 2010, CAB employees made a pledge to become a Green Certified Organization, which means operating in an environmentally friendly manner. CAB employees believe that the success of our community is dependent on a healthy and sustainable environment. That means reducing waste, encouraging alternative transportation, purchasing environmentally friendly products, and reducing energy and water use. In cooperation with the Monterey Bay Green Business Agency, CAB has officially certified its Watsonville office and the Davenport Resource Service Center. CAB is currently working to officially certify its Santa Cruz office and the Gemma House. Soon all of CAB will be Green certified, showing CAB's commitment to the health and safety of Santa Cruz County and its residents.
